Broadcast 514 is a live weekly internet radio show hosted by Darragh Hemmings every Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at www.broadcast514.com. The show will be focusing on indie bands and local artists as well as current news in the entertainment world. Each week, there will be a part of the show that will showcase an indie band and once a month there will be an in studio performance and interview. Darragh Hemmings was the host of the Double D show on Mohawk-Radio.com for the past 5 years. Since the shut down of the station, Darragh teamed up with producer Dan Legault to start a new live broadcast show direct from his studio. The idea was to expand on what Darragh was doing with Mohawk-Radio and take things to newer levels. Live interaction with listeners is an essential part of the show, so listeners will be able to contact Darragh and Dan through Skype, a local phone number and a live streaming chat room. An edited version of the show will be available for podcast the following day.
